QZR high-speed centrifugal spray dryer uses lithium iron phosphate cathode material of lithium batteries, for drying and production of water-soluble liquid material. With high-speed centrifugal spray atomization technology, the drying time is just tens of seconds, at the same time of continuous drying production, obtaining micro spherical particles with uniform size, compact structure and good liquidity. To a large extend, the high-speed centrifugal atomization technology, can effectively improve or increase the bulk density of lithium iron phosphate in cathode material, so that the monomer particles can be up to 3 ~ 5um and finished moisture content of 0.3-0.5%, which meet the quality requirements. Application of magnetic filtration technology, effectively avoids that the iron ion impurities are added in the production process, to achieve the objective of material purifying, maintaining the conductive properties of the cathode materials. Since the exhaust temperature is greater than 120 degrees, direct discharge is very waste, and recycling waste gases with heat, can achieve the production purposes of energy saving, which comply with national advocacy about energy conservation and transformation of low-carbon production mode.
